When will Ventuals go live on mainnet?

Ventuals is currently only live on Hyperliquid Testnet; we are waiting for the HIP-3 standard to go live on Hyperliquid Mainnet. In the meantime, you can trade Ventuals perps on testnet. By trading on testnet, you'll help us improve the product and identify issues. While you should only trade on testnet for fun, there may be prizes for the top testnet traders in the future.

I got liquidated on testnet. Can I get more funds?

Unfortunately we don’t control the mock USDC on testnet (Hyperliquid does) so we can’t issue any more if you get liquidated. However, you can create a fresh account and start over.

I paid $1 but never received my funds

Within a few minutes after submitting the $1 payment, you should see 500 in mockUSDC added to your wallet's Ventuals margin account, which you can trade with up to 10x leverage.

If you haven't received funds after 5 mins, please email [email protected] with your wallet address.

I'm getting this error: "Error approving agent. Please try again."

This means that Ventuals is having trouble communicating with your wallet.

This can usually be fixed by logging out and logging back in. If that doesn't fix it, please email [email protected] with your wallet address.
